More than 1 years, singer and TV personality, Chen Sotheary, returned to her singing career and she will be on stage during the Water Festival as well. She got engaged to businessman who ages more than 30 years but she does not set specific date for her wedding ceremony yet. She told online website 'Sabay' that she plans to celebrate her wedding in 2011 and her relationship with her fiance is still closer and closer.
